Yoga Instructors

Desi and Micah Springer – 6/3

Desi and Micah Springer co-own and instruct at Vital Yoga Studios. Micah initially used smoothies to bribe Desi to practice yoga with her, a tactic common amongst older sisters. They quickly discovered that Desi was better at yoga, so Micah now makes smoothies! Joking aside, they share a love of humor, transparency, integrity, and connection. It is these traits that contribute to their successful studios, thriving community, and commitment to their practice. Vital Yoga is celebrating its 10th year. Desi and Micah extend their gratitude to each of the 20,000 people who have passed through Vital’s doors and have contributed to the vision that Vital now serves. More info at www.vitalyoga.org

She uncovers more each day that inspires her to share the gifts of yoga, providing entryways kinesthetically through the body, philosophically through the mind, and devotionally through the heart. She binds herself to the belief that yoga can create more vibrancy in all the parts of us, from the inside out. Jeremy Wolf – 8/26

I began my study of various forms of yoga in 1998, later receiving my teaching certification in Nasik, India in Classical Yoga. I began exploring reiki as a natural method of healing in 2001 and became a Reiki Master in the Mikao Usui tradition in 2006. My yoga and meditation classes (a fusion of hatha and vinyasa) seek to incorporate the holistic practice of yoga illuminating the transcendental element of yoga’s deeply spiritual origin. My time off the mat is usually spent immersed in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains or in my musical passions of DJing, the production of ethnic-electronic music, and the exploration of trance dance all as methods for healing, expression, and self-realization.
